Due to unforeseen legal issues, the reinstatement of Alabama's status as a State of Principal Licensure for purposes of obtaining other state licenses through the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact has been further delayed.  We apologize for the inconvenience this causes Alabama licensed physicians who wish to obtain IMLC licenses in other states.  We advise that these physicians begin the traditional application process in those states.
