Most interactive licensee services will be offline for maintenance Apr. 2- 14, including:

• Apply for a License (MD/DO/PA/AA)
• Check Application Status
• Licensee Portal (changes to contact information; collaboration commencements; print a license certificate; and more)
• Purchase a Data List

Other applications, registrations, etc., that are not online services will still be accepted by mail or email; however, we will not be able to move forward with them until after Apr. 14.
